College Scholarships
Bay Atlantic FCU is proud to offer four scholarship options for our members! We award a $500 merit scholarship to academically excelling high school seniors who exemplify the credit union philosophy of "people helping people" through participation in volunteer and community service.
We also award three outstanding seniors with the $1,000 John Lisi Memorial Scholarship, the $1,000 Jim Goldsborough Scholarship, and the $1,000 Gene Volpe Scholarship, in honor of three of our former board members.
To be eligible for Bay Atlantic FCU scholarships, applicants must be a credit union member in good standing and must be enrolled as a high school senior at the time of application. Scholarship funds must be used for tuition only, at an accredited educational institution (community college, 4-year college, university, or technical/vocational school) for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year.

We are no longer accepting scholarship applications for 2024-2025.
Check back in January 2025 for our next scholarship opportunity.

All applications must be submitted to Bay Atlantic FCU. Applications must be completed entirely, signed by the student and their parent/guardian, and include:
-
An official high school transcript that includes a cumulative GPA of completed marking periods as of date of submission or their senior year report card/grades.
-
The completed Teacher Reference portion of the application. It must be completed and signed by one of the applicant’s teachers.
-
