More Account Protection = More Peace of Mind
The security of your account is always our top priority. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we will be implementing a new multifactor authentication feature for online banking account access.
What does that mean? When logging in to online banking, the system will require that you validate your identity. You will receive a one-time passcode to the phone number (via text or call) that we have on file for your account. Simply retrieve and enter the code, and you’re good to go!
It is incredibly important that the contact information in your account is up to date. If we have incorrect or outdated information, you will not receive the passcode and you will be unable to access your account online.
