Read Across America 2022

Every year, Bay Atlantic FCU participates in Read Across America within the Vineland School District. We get to spend a fun filled afternoon reading to students!

Today, our CEO Gail and Data Operationist Charlotte visited Dr. William Mennies Elementary School to celebrate with Mrs. Stangle's second grade class.

Mrs. Stangle, who is Gail's daughter, also teaches Charlotte's daughter. It was so nice to surprise her with our visit!

Read Across America was launched in 1998 by the National Education Association. The program is regarded as the largest celebration of reading in the nation. This program strives to motivate local youth to read by focusing on reading material that is about everyone, and for everyone.

We believe the betterment of education and imagination in our community's children will lead to a better and brighter tomorrow.
