Double Posting Debit Transactions

There is a known issue with duplicate transactions posting on Visa debit cards. The issue is specifically affecting signature based transactions from April 13-14. Visa is actively working to resolve the issue. In the interim, we are asking that members please refrain from filing transaction disputes until we have an update on the issue.
Member communications will be sent as soon as we receive an update from Visa. At that time, instructions will be provided and member service representatives will be available for assistance.
